The Service

Planny provides financial calculators, educational content, and optional registered accounts with budgeting and tracking features. Features may change; we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where appropriate.

Accounts

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planny and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), except where prohibited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Planny's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protections in your country cannot be waived.
